NorwichSG Consultants comprise a boutique team of lateral thinking problem solvers, strategy developers and demand generation specialists. Lead by Gerry Oh, Founder and Partner, who has accumulated vast experience with global corporations like Singapore Airlines, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Jet Airways, and initiating large scale projects with airports and other organisations, the team and associate partners leverage the collective experience of its owners and partners that are from the highly competitive avaition, travel and financial services industry. 

 

Background

 

The NorwichSg team's backgrounds are varied from engineering, finance, services to branding, marketing, sales and top management in large corporations with global footprints. We do not take on projects that we do not think we can be passionate about. When we work with clients, we prefer to immerse ourselves into their culture, share their experiences and take collective ownership of their ambitions or aspirations. We will question, probe, drill down and peel off the required layers to understand our clients business, the competion, the market, the industry verticals and more. Unless we understand, we won't know how to help effectively. Unless we work alongside our client's teams, we won't see the real world. Unless we know our client's customers, we won't know if their needs are being fulfilled or whether we can meet expectations.
